A little of the story behind it: A friend and I had just shared some deep things about our past hurts, struggles, and journeys towards healing. She asked me, "do you feel like this is the best part of your life now?" It only took me a second to reply, "Yes! But I think there's even better life to come." I created this piece as a result of our conversation, in faith that God will continue to restore, heal, strengthen, and empower me to fly- whatever that looks like in the coming years.
